At Hacchic Blush, every piece is crafted with care and precision. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our exchange policy below:


Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted within 07 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags/labels attached.

  • Evening gowns and embellished dresses must be returned in their original garment bag.

  • We do not accept exchanges for items that show signs of wear, alteration, damage, or without original packaging.


Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized or made-to-measure dresses.

  • Discounted or final sale items.

  • Accessories and undergarments.


Process

  2. Once approved, ship the item back to us using a trackable service.

  3. After inspection, you may:

    • Select a different size or color (if available).

    • Exchange for another item of equal value.

    • Receive a store credit valid for 6 months (if replacement is not available).


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • In case of a defective or wrong item sent, Hacchic Blush will cover the exchange shipping fees.


We do not offer refunds; only exchanges or store credit are available. Our team is here to assist you in finding the perfect fit and style.
