Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are accepted within 07 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags/labels attached.
Evening gowns and embellished dresses must be returned in their original garment bag.
We do not accept exchanges for items that show signs of wear, alteration, damage, or without original packaging.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Customized or made-to-measure dresses.
Discounted or final sale items.
Accessories and undergarments.
Process

Once approved, ship the item back to us using a trackable service.
After inspection, you may:
Select a different size or color (if available).
Exchange for another item of equal value.
Receive a store credit valid for 6 months (if replacement is not available).
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
In case of a defective or wrong item sent, Hacchic Blush will cover the exchange shipping fees.
